This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines deep GMP regulatory expertise with advanced analytical chemistry skills and thrives on solving complex technical challenges.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of the QC function, leading a skilled team, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and acting as the technical authority for analytical problem-solving and data interpretation.

You will be Responsible For

  • Leading QC operations in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, and controlled substance regulations
  • Managing audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives

And be able to:

  • Interpret complex analytical datasets across multiple techniques
  • Troubleshoot instrumentation and analytical issues (root cause, resolution, prevention)
  • Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to Analytical Chemists
  • Support challenging analyses in complex matrices (lipids/cannabinoids)

About You

  • Extensive experience in GMP QC laboratories
  • Deep knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Proven leadership experience in a QC or analytical lab environment
  • Strong background in method validation and stability studies
  • Experience with controlled substances / regulated environments
  • Degree in Chemistry (or related discipline)

Why Join Us?

  • Lead a specialist, high-value QC function
  • Apply your technical expertise at a senior level
  • Work in a scientifically innovative and regulated environment
  • Influence both strategy and hands-on analytical solutions

If you are a technically strong QC leader who enjoys solving complex analytical challenges, we would love to hear from you.
